Reservation terms and conditions

1. You must be 18 years of age or over to make travel reservations on annettbuslines.com.
2. Reservations are only valid on the trip(s) stated.
3. All children under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (17 years of age or over) when travelling on annettbuslines.com.
4. Passengers who purchase a seat on a Day Excursion are required to present a valid reservation number, provided at the time of purchase, when boarding annettbuslines.com services.
5. If we have reason to suspect the fraudulent use of a confirmation, we reserve the right to refuse travel on our vehicles. No refund will be made in relation to any confirmation refused due to fraudulent use.
6. Customers are required to be at their departure point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. This allows annettbuslines.com drivers to board customers in a timely manner avoiding any delays that may impact on the departure of the vehicle.
7. When your reservation has been completed we will issue you with a confirmation e-mail. It is your responsibility to check that the confirmation issued to you is accurate. We are only responsible for issuing the confirmation in line with your request made on this website.
8. Customers may not transport in their baggage or otherwise any items that are inherently dangerous, including any hazardous materials as that term is defined by the US Department of Transportation or weapons of any kind.
9. annettbuslines.com is unable to carry animals, with the exception of trained service animals that allow Passengers with Disabilities to perform necessary activities. Service animals must be properly harnessed and under the direct control of the passenger at all times.

11. annettbuslines.com is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by traffic or road conditions, weather or other causes over which it has no control.
12. Customers are allowed to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages on board in accordance to Annett Bus Lines Clean Coach Policy. This policy can be viewed on our website under Charters. Passengers are not permitted consume or bring alcoholic beverages on board.
13. Smoking is not permitted on Annett Bus Lines motorcoaches.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US$. Fares will vary by reservation date, day of travel and demand for seats. Fares are subject to change without notice. Any change to your reservation may result in a fare increase. Please note that prices may fluctuate between searches.

annettbuslines.com has the right to cancel reservations (whether or not confirmed) of any customer whenever such action is necessary to comply with any governmental regulation, upon any governmental request for emergency transportation in connection with the national defense, or whenever such action is necessary or advisable by reason of weather or other conditions beyond Annett Bus Lines’ control, including Force Majeure events.

Social Media policy

BY POSTING ON ANY Annett Bus Lines SOCIAL MEDIA SITE YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. Annett Bus Lines (referred to going forward as ABL) has opened publicly facing pages on social media sites for viewing content and/or videos and posting comments about ABL or companies ABL does business with. These social media sites include but are not limited to various blogs, bulletin boards, networks, multi-media and news media sites or other user generated content sites (Social Media Sites). By accessing, viewing and/or posting any content related directly or indirectly to ABL on any Social Media Site on the internet, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the following terms of use. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, you may not view or post any content to any Social Media Site on the internet. Your use of Social Media Sites is acceptance of this Policy and has the same effect as if you had actually physically signed an agreement.

3. ABL reserves the right to monitor, prohibit, restrict, block, suspend, terminate, delete, or discontinue your access to any Social Media Site, at any time, without notice and for any reason and in its sole discretion. ABL may remove, delete, block, filter or restrict by any other means any materials inABL’s sole discretion. You understand and agree that ABL may disclose your communications and activities with ABL in response to lawful requests by governmental authorities, including Patriot Act requests, judicial orders, warrants or subpoenas, or for the protection of ABL rights. You agree that in the event that ABL exercises any of its rights hereunder for any reason, ABL will have no liability to you.
4. By posting any content on any Social Media Site, you grant to ABL the irrevocable right to reproduce, distribute, publish, display such content and the right to create derivative works from your content, edit or modify such content and use such content for any ABL purpose.
5. You shall defend, indemnify, and hold ABL and its corporate affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors and assigns harmless from and against, and shall promptly reimburse them for, any and all losses, claims, damages, settlements, costs, and liabilities of any nature whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) to which any of them may become subject arising out of, based upon, as a result of, or in any way connected with, your posting of any content to a Social Media Site, any third party claims of infringement or any breach of this Policy.
